2. Damaged Products

If you receive an article in damaged condition, you may raise a claim with us.

• An unboxing video within 48 hrs of delivery would be required to be eligible for claim.

3. Claim Process

To raise a claim for a damaged product, please contact us within 48 hrs of delivery and provide the required unboxing video along with your order details.

4. Replacement & Refund

• Claims once accepted shall be processed against delivery of fresh goods or crediting the money directly to the buyer within 7 days of intimation.
